In Line Continous Deep Freezing Tunnel is entirely made of stainless steel, including powerful fans – turbines (manufactured by PIGO), as well as bearings with housings.
Evaporation coils are also made with tubes entirely in stainless steel.
Product is transported through the PIGO Freeze in fluidized bed, what is crucial detail for IQF products.
Built-in internal video monitoring system enables monitoring of complete process inside the freezer, consists of special cameras foreseen for work at the temperatures inside the freezer.
In comparation with other freezers on the market, "PIGO Freeze" has extremely high energy efficiency and very compact overall dimensions, thanks to invative freezer construction and design.
